Phillip J. Caramenico
Phil received his B.A. (cum laude), J.D. and LLM in Taxation from Villanova University. He is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Phil practices in the areas of Business and Tax Law and Estate Planning and Administration. He counsels individuals and businesses in a wide range of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, succession planning and tax law compliance. He also counsels clients on estate planning with an emphasis on sophisticated estate planning issues.
Seth W. Hiller
Seth received his B.A. (cum laude) from Millersville University and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. He practices in the areas of Business and Real Estate and Land Use Law. Seth represents clients in the acquisition, sale and development of commercial, industrial and residential real estate. He advises clients on business-related matters, including formation, succession planning and preparation of business agreements.
Jill M. Laskowitz
Jill received her B.A. (magna cum laude) from the University of Maryland, College Park and her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law. She practices in the areas of Civil and Commercial Litigation, Family Law, and Employment and Labor Law. Jill represents individuals, families and businesses in a variety of litigation matters ranging from defense of employment claims to contract and land use disputes. She also counsels clients in domestic matters, including child custody, support, and equitable division of marital property.
Grace C. Nguyen Bond
Grace received her B.A. (magna cum laude) from Temple University and her J.D. from Widener University School of Law. She practices in the areas of Business, Health Care, Employment and Labor Law, and Estate Planning and Administration. She represents individuals and businesses in general business counseling, business succession and estate planning. She also counsels employers in the areas of employee benefits and Affordable Care Act compliance.
Charles H. Rieck IV
Charles received his B.A. from Colgate University and his J.D. from the College of William and Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of Law. He practices in the areas of Business Law and Estate Planning and Administration. He counsels individuals on estate planning and administration and businesses on issues relating to formation, growth (acquisitions and financing) and succession planning. Charles also works with non-profit organizations, including public charities, private foundations and churches, on issues such as governance and obtaining tax-exempt status.
