John P. Henry Becomes a Shareholder of Blakinger Thomas, PC
We are pleased to announce that John P. Henry has become a shareholder of Blakinger Thomas. John received his B.A. (magna cum laude) from the University of Pittsburgh and earned his J.D. from Widener -Delaware School of Law. He was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 2014.
John joined Blakinger Thomas as an associate attorney in 2019 and built his practice in the areas of Real Estate, Agricultural, Business, and Municipal Law. He represents clients in the acquisition, sale, and use of agricultural, commercial, and residential real estate, as well as matters involving agricultural preservation and conservation. John also counsels local small businesses in formation, governance, and transactional matters, as well as advises and serves as solicitor for municipal entities throughout the region with an emphasis on real estate.
Associates Join Blakinger Thomas, PC
Beth Ann Ebersole has joined Blakinger Thomas as an associate attorney. Beth received her B.A. (cum laude) from Villanova University and earned her J.D. from Tulane Law School. She was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 2017. Beth also served in the United States Air Force and Air National Guard for ten years.
Beth practices in the areas of civil litigation with an emphasis on employment law, construction law, commercial disputes and land use appeals.
W. Nate McCormack has also joined Blakinger Thomas as an associate attorney. Nate received his B.S. (summa cum laude) from Liberty University and earned his J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law. He was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 2021. Nate also served in the Army National Guard from 2009 to 2015.
Nate practices in the areas of real estate, business and municipal law. In addition, Nate counsels clients concerning the legal implications of owning cryptocurrency.
